Well its been so long I totally forgot about my blog I've just being concentration on getting high and sleeping and other productive activities. I just signed in and saw my previous post has rises to a few hundred reads or whatever this motivated me write some more ramblings. Hopefully a couple off people will agree with me and if not well you know where your local church is I'm sure, maybe that's more your thing.
So there is this widely believed misunderstanding that religion preaches love and peace and other such nonsense which really does grind my gears, it only takes 2 hours to read oh I dont know 200 pages of the Bible or the Quran to see that that is not the case but as most of you are as lazy as me I will try point out a few things in this blog.
Oh so much to write yet so little shits I give by now I have really given up, Im not going to change your view am I really, you family members and fellow theists have ingrained this belief into you over the past 15 or so years.. I'll give it a shot, so most religious people I know use the fact that religion is about "peace and love" as one of their cornerstones of belief but is that in fact true? well where to start, okay.. lets start with the people in the respective faiths then move on to the holy books themselves.
Muslims.. oh wow, now I am not grouping all Muslims so dont come at me with "well Im not like that, my family isnt like that.. your stupid and are lying" bullshit Im talking in general the majority. In countries like Pakistan, Bangladesh and other small Asian countries where Islam is main path people "choose" are infamous for horrible hangings, stonings and bombings most of which are due some sort of religious law being broken. Most of this people being executed have nor murdered or raped, they haven't even stolen in 2010 a woman was hung simply for airing her opinion to her colleagues the local Mosque leader said "I cried tears of joy when I heard the news" while her 3 young children cried for the loss of her mother. Here is a link to a news story on her arrest and sentence - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8J_cqtdH26c.
This is not a one off ahah oh no there are many different reports but an estimated around a THOUSAND executions every year for religious reasons in Islamic countries alone. Things you could be executed for range from being gay, lesbian or transgender, apposing Islam openly, speaking badly about the "prophet" Mohammed or just simply leaving the Islamic faith.. Is it only me that thinks this is crazy? dear Muslims do you wish to associate yourself with a faith that practices such things? These are just the executions, Im speaking of, many people are whipped and many have there hands cut off for other so called "crimes"
here is a video of a young girl being stoned to death for being seen with a male of a different Muslim "sect" WARNING GRAPHIC - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G_ZWTx-QUj4.
I would love to write more be feel I could go on forever now what your all thinking "These people are wrong, I do not believe in that, they are not following the religion correctly and I have nothing to do with them" actually your wrong, they are following the religion correctly, you in fact are not. In the Quran its self it outlines such laws and there are passages explain how and why people should be executed, it also tells you how to beat your wife ahahah oh my fucking god, people are still religious? Im guessing your local Mosque leader left these out did he? well here is a Video on how to beat your wife If you need to know :) - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wp3Eam5FX58 now there are rules ahaha rules to beating your wife, how gentlemanly so as long as you do not break her bones, you do not curse her and you do not hit her in the face your pretty much okay so dont worry girls its not too bad.
In the Quran it also promotes keeping slaves on many occasions - "Forbidden to you are...married women, except those you own as slaves." (Surah 4:20-, 24-) - it also states how and why people should be murdered for example Quran (8:12) - "I will cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve. Therefore strike off their heads and strike off every fingertip of them" this is just one example there are 100's. So you see not only are these people wrong, your religion is wrong. Not only are these people sick.. Your religion is sick. Give your self 30 minutes to think.. is this really a path you wish to follow? is Islam really a religion of peace and love?
On to Christianity, now the thing I find with Christians is they always agree with me that Islam is an evil religion and should be abolished yet they fail to see the way their own religion is similar. All over Africa religious believers (Christians) are abusing and murdering children in the name of religion, they say they are witches and demons, this is becoming common practice - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zbDu0-K9cPk- recently in the past 3 years around 10 children in the UK have been tortured and murdered because they were accused of being witches - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_zYeUHXQNuM - this is all in the name of "god" and they are following the rules according to the bible. "Leviticus 20:27 - A man also or woman that hath a familiar spirit, or that is a wizard, shall surely be put to death: they shall stone them with stones: their blood [shall be] upon them."
People need to realise that not only are these people sick but the religion its self its sick, these are not crazy people randomly murdering children, these are Christians following the rules they have read in the bible. The bible states a person should be put to death for many reasons such as working on a Sunday - The LORD then gave these further instructions to Moses: 'Tell the people of Israel to keep my Sabbath day, for the Sabbath is a sign of the covenant between me and you forever. It helps you to remember that I am the LORD, who makes you holy. Yes, keep the Sabbath day, for it is holy. Anyone who desecrates it must die; anyone who works on that day will be cut off from the community. Work six days only, but the seventh day must be a day of total rest. I repeat: Because the LORD considers it a holy day, anyone who works on the Sabbath must be put to death.' (Exodus 31:12-15) and being gay - "If a man lies with a male as with a women, both of them shall be put to death for their abominable deed; they have forfeited their lives." (Leviticus 20:13) also for worshiping another religion - Whoever sacrifices to any god, except the Lord alone, shall be doomed. (Exodus 22:19)
well I guess the rants over, people need to realise I do not hate religion, I hate ignorance people claim to know their god and even go to church or the mosque regularly when really they are being blindly lead and have no clue what their own religion preaches.. on a side note, imagine if I put this much effort into school work? ahaha I'd be a bloody millionaire.. Well thanks for reading :)

Religion, Living With Parents In A 'Cult'.
So I know I said once a week but better early than late right? yeah I thought I should write something as I got more reads than I thought I would on the last post and my parents are out on ministry (knocking on peoples doors trying to get them to join the their 'church'). This is just a little of what I think, a ten minute thing. By the way these are only my opinions so don't get all worked up if you disagree, okay.
I used to be a Jehovas Witness for quite some time, until I was around 14 and before that I was a Mormon for 3 years (almost got baptized, glad I dodged that bullet) I have a Quran and various Bibles so although I may not be the most well versed. I generally know what Im on about. So Im going to write a little about my views on religion , why I am atheist and what its like living with my parents.
"Faith means not wanting to know what is true" a quote by one of my favorite German philosophers Nietzsche who had a great mind and an even better mustache. Anyway, I digress, what he is saying is true, when you think about it having faith literally believing in something which is likely to be false. The fact is religion is man made, all babies are atheists? until they parents force their little minds to believe in some religion, not only that, its all a matter of luck? do you really think your 'God' would rest your eternal happiness on luck?
What do I mean 'luck' well, if you were born in Pakistan chances are you'd be a Muslim, if you were born in Nepal chances are you'd be a Buddhist, if you were born in USA chances are you'd be a Christian and so on and so forth. You did not choose your religion ahaha your parents did, your surrounding did, your country did. Hitler once said (wait, see where Im going with this) "Give me the boy until the age of 7 and I will give you the man" great quote, brilliant quote and it sums up religion.
Not only that but religion has caused more pain and suffering than anything else and just as I dont support war which cause pain and suffering I can not condone what religion has done. Slavery of the Jews, women, Black people and many more the bible its self explains how you should beat your slave ahah yeah great right? Wars, do I even need to explain? from the beginning of time religion has cause war after war after war, for example; The Crusades in which almost 3 million died (over 2% of the whole world at that time) The Nigerian civil war death toll 3 million and last but not least The 30 years war coming in at almost 12 million deaths.
Thats enough for now haha so how do I have these beliefs when I live with really religious parents? well I once was blind but now I can see. They go off to Kingdom Hall (church) at least twice a week, nearly all their friends are religious and they do their religious activities around 3 times a week. I just keep quiet to be honest, leave the house as much as possible. Their choices dont bother me what bothers me is now they are brain washing my little brother and sister, they are only 9 and 5 and already know more about "Jehovah" than maths, history or science. They have no choice really.
Okay Im off, but one last thing. Religion is just like believing Father Christmas but obviously nobody is dumb enough to believe in a man you never see who checks how you behave, rewards you if your good and punishes you if your bad and who can do no wrong. Just because your parents tell you that at a young age its not like you'd believe it. Right?
Cya later.

First Thoughts, Who Is Rhetorical Rousseau?
There will be many post on this blog regarding many subjects from sociology, philosophy, morals, religion, sexism, ethics, war politics and so on. But this is just a quick insight, a snap shot if you will in to me, my personal life and what I'm all about. Now, evidently hardly anybody will see this as it is my first post but I believe it is important as maybe a year from now a couple of you might want to know something about me personally. So:
I am 17, from west Yorkshire England. I am a Mixed race half English half Cuban atheist. I have not quite decided where I stand politically although I do have my views. I come from a working/lower middle class back ground ie; My family has a comfortable house although we do not own it. I enjoy rugby, mma, football and all that lark, have strong views when it comes to morals, ethics and religion. I can be see as pessimistic because I choose not to ignore problems In the world and instead decide to voice my opinions and criticize.
I wouldn't say I was completely "anti religion" yet will not ignore the vast amount of problems it causes. I wouldn't say I was "anti feminism" yet will not ignore the fact that 80% of feminist are delusional men hating shit talkers. I wouldn't say I was totally and completely "anti war" (although I might as well be) yet I will not ignore the fact that 99% of wars cause innocent casualties over things like oil, land, power and weapons.
Well that a bit about me. I will be posting entries every week or so (hopefully) so watch this space aha.
Have a good one or whatever.
Cya.
